Microgreens are baby plants that are 4-6 times more nutritious than mature plants. The ones we are experimenting with now are radish, broccoli, purple cabbage, kale, and arugula. Super nutritious and super easy to add to salads, sandwiches, and egg dishes! This new crop for us will be for sale at our markets and included in the CSA shares this season.
