Tis’ The Season For Apples

Delicious apples available from Beech Creek Orchard in west Georgia, Tallapoosa to be exact. They are not Organic, but they utilize non-chemical pest management and only spray when the crop is absolutely in jeopardy of loss. We will also have fresh pressed Apple Cider and Apple Thyme vinegar for sale from the same farm.

Sunday Night: 1st annual farm crew appreciation dinner. Turntime Farm grilled chicken grilled on the green egg with risotto, roasted turnips, sweet potatoes and sauteed greens. And a Georgia grown apple crisp with caramel-salted whipped cream to top it all off. All the deliciousness made on site by a young chef that was a student of Chris’s when he taught years ago at Harris County High!

  1. Hey—Rainbow chard showed up in my Facebook memories & I’m craving some. It’s not on this week’s market last. Did you plant any this year?

    Hope you’re doing well!
