What’s at our Winter Market this week

This Wednesday morning, the On Farm Market will be open from 9-12!

After this week, we will be open for one more winter market on February 8th. Then our regular market season will resume on Wednesday, April 5th. We will then be open every Wednesday from 9-12 April through December.

2017 CSA begins in April

We are currently letting our previous members secure their spot for the upcoming CSA season. On March 1st, we’ll open up memberships to new members. If you are interested in joining for the first time, see our website for details and email us at jennyjackfarm@gmail.com to be put on the list for a reminder about signing up in March.

Microgreens are baby plants that are 4-6 times more nutritious than mature plants. The ones we are experimenting with now are radish, broccoli, purple cabbage, kale, and arugula. Super nutritious and super easy to add to salads, sandwiches, and egg dishes! This new crop for us will be for sale at our markets and included in the CSA shares this season.
