We’re open here at the farm on Wednesday (7/3)  AND Saturday morning (7/6) this week, 9 am till Noon. Come stock up on all your 4th of July celebration goodies. We will not be at any other markets off the farm this year.

Here’s what’s on the table this week:

Yogurt & Granola from Pecan Point Farm, Meat and Eggs from Turntime Farm, Lamb from Fall Line Farm in Auburn, Local Honey back from Mica Hill Farm! Turmeric Golden Paste, Farm-Made Chocolate with farm grown flavors like strawberry, ginger, and rosemary mint. Goddess Ghee, clarified butter made from grass-fed cow’s milk. New Product: Lauren’s Specialty Foods (From Columbus): Basil Pesto(Our Basil!), Sundried Tomato Pesto, Lemon Herb Salad Dressing, Pimiento Cheese.

Sue’s B’s Granola Bars WILL NOT BE HERE WEDNESDAY BUT WILL RETURN SATURDAY. We Will have on the table: Sourdough bread from Amazing Grace and Whole Wheat Sourdough from Wheat the People. Other baked goodies like scones, muffins, and sunflower seed cookies from Emerald Acres Farm.

Once we pull tomatoes from the fields, there’s still hours of sorting. Some go to CSA members, market customers, and restaurants, and lately, some are sent to Peachdish, a meal kit provider in Atlanta.

Bouquets of flowers will be at both the Wednesday and Saturday on farm markets this week.

Cousins spending a few days together during the summer helping out picking Sun gold tomatoes. Tulsi looks a little wore out from all that picking, huh?

  1. Jenny, I would like to get about 8 pints of blueberries. Would it be better to come get them Wednesday or Saturday? Thanks! Amelia
